Not this season. The reason that the Bears have done so well is that their defense has won the games for them. Their offense is good when Rex is not pressured, but is horrible when he is.

The one thing that the Cardinals and Dolphins showed the rest of the NFL is that when you bring 5 to 7 men on a blitz consistently, Rex gets rattled, and starts making mistakes. Since he was injured during his earlier years, he really still is a rookie. He makes rookie mistakes. He is doing better, but not well enough, in my opinion, to make it all the way.

In the playoffs, every team will be looking at the Cards and 'Fins game tape to see what they did. And the opposing team will attempt to replicate that strategy. I believe that it will work in either the Division or Conference playoff rounds.

Rex will get better. Both in this season and the ones to come. However, I don't believe he can get good enough soon enough to make a difference. Can the Bears defense carry the team to the Super Bowl? Perhaps. But all it takes is one loss, and I think it will happen before the Bears reach the big game.

yes, the bears have a very good chance of making the "supper" bowl, considering most of the NFC teams are duds this year. dominating defense is a key to many recent supper bowl winners, and the bears D is outstanding. you don't need a great quarterback to win the supper bowl.

Not with rex at QB. There defense is good, but the defense won't be able to get 3 fumble or interceptions returned for TDs in the playoffs against good teams like Dallas or New Orleans. Bears offense is gonna have to step up, starting with Grossman. Having 1.3 QB ratings in a game like he did last week against the Vikings just isn't gonna make it in the NFL.

maybe the supper bowl... but not the SuperBowl. They have had too easy of a schedule this year. I alone could beat the Cardinals. Plus the whole Quarterback controversy will bring them down. Maybe if they drop grossman and allow griese to play they'll make it to the championship and then lose... sorry

Well, the only two teams with a realistic shot of beating Chicago in the NFC would be Carolina and Dallas. New Orleans has no defense and Seattle has too many issues on their O-line. Atlanta is too inconsistent with Vick and their butter-finger receivers. New York has too many injuries on their defense. If I had to pick now, I would say Chicago in the Super Bowl, but keep an eye on Dallas.

I think the Bears a great team. They have everything except one important factor. A great quareterback. They have the receivers. They have a great running game. Their defense is second to none. Now we just need to get that quarterback situation figured out.

They will, because the NFC is weak and the run game and D will be good enough to get through Dallas and New Orleans. Alas, they will lose to the Patriots in the Super Bowl because of Tom Brady's sexiness.

No, they will not go to the supper bowl, nor will they go to the Super Bowl. Grossman sucks.
