The Clorox Bleach Pen...it's a little pricey if you have a really large area to clean, but it worked wonders on my floor and my counter tops. The grout looks like new now.

flood it with bleach and let set into the tiles, then wipe up...seal next day with silicone sealer for tile 3x

Use a toothbrush and water with soap in it and scrub! That's what my mom does.
