My little sister wears a size 11-13 and I think she is perfectly healthy! She's not a stick skinny model, but she's prefectly healthy and plays a ton of sports. It all depends on the person!

I hate sizes because it really depends on what brand of clothing you are buying. Before I was pregnant I could wear anything from a 5 to a 12. I'm 18 and 5'3". Big range in sizes. Just where whatever fits comfortablly.

Depending on the size of your frame, a healthy weight could be anywhere between 104 and 137 pounds. And then you should wear the size that fits you.
