It's Sudbury Crater. It's in Sudbury, Ontario. That means it's in Canada.

Actually, most scientists now believe that the l;largest crater on Earth today is the basin of the Gulf of Mexico. They theorize that this was formed by the strike of a body the size of a small asteroid.
Of course, weathering and erosion, and the flooding which produced the Gulf shoreline have obliterated some evidence, but the roughly circular shape can still be discerned.
If it were to be transplanted to the moon, it would be visible as one of the largest craters (and the moon's current largest craters are also generally not well defined either.)
