let it all out.
scream into a pillow
or hit the wall
or stare at something and let ur mind run wild
or practice ur "anger" looks in the mirror
seriously it all works
but i say screaming into a pillow helps alot

Very carefully. I tend to try & subdue it at first so I don't blow up at someone. If it doesn't ebb, then I'll try to walk away & get away from whatever the situation is until I'm calm again & can talk reasonably. If worse comes to worst, then I might accidentally explode & engage in verbal aggression which I end up regretting with double force.
Anger is something that I think is very hard to handle properly, but it can be done. Coping tools start in the mind & for me that's taking a deep breath & counting. How successful that is will surely be evidenced within moments of the initial rush.

Depends. If I'm trying to get rid of my anger, I play piano, or listen to music that might calm me (typically Daphne Loves Derby). But if I'm just plain angry and can't take the calming stuff, I listen to louder rock music, like Coheed and Cambria or Breaking Benjamin. Or I'll go out and run or play soccer- it helps to kick things sometimes!

I thrash everything around me til I pass out from trying to breathe hard and when I come back around I look for the band-aids and that's when I relax and reflect on what made me mad in the first place. Then I deal with it accordingly.

Let it out... either by doing sports (like dancing or aerobics or running) or punching the boxing bag until my hands almost hurt or scream a few times as long as I can in one go until I have to catch my breath.. (downstairs in the cellar)...

I just sit in a room by myself with a small light and a radio on. This way, i can think clearly, listening to a radio is how i relax.

First, I cry. Then I cuss. Then I get over it. Sometimes I rant in between step two and three. Don't get me started today! I am soooo angry at Sams Club right now!!!!!!

You just take it all in and let it settle. count to ten if you need to. talk about it or go some where outdoors and scream as loud as you can. Write in a journal! There are many ways you just need to find which one works best for you!
