The seat of church, buses, subway, train must be totally
relaxing. Comfort in sitting is the leading application to keep
shape for feminines. Beyonce uses a towel to sit on warmed
in the microwave to farely hot, then sprays the towel with
vitamin lotion and sits without any much except the lotion. A
warming belly rub can help to accent the hips, and vaseline
is the old standard to help slip into jeans for more shape. The
weight is not the right answer. Shape is nearly imaginary so
when I get the cover shots back , yo I be keepin em warm 2.

Remember the song "Baby Got Back"? There's a line that says, "Red beans and rice didn't miss her". lol
I agree, eat more (though try not to eat too much unhealthy stuff - no sense raising your cholestoral & doing harm to your heart) and exercise. There are exercises that specifically target your bottom.
I was always self-conscious about my big bottom growing up, and now it seems to be the thing to have. lol And even if it weren't, my husband likes it and I reckon that's what matters most. :-)
All the best in your efforts to plump things up some. :-)
Lord, I never thought I'd have a reason to say something like that. lol

Seriously, McDonalds value meals three times a day... Morning, Lunch and Dinner all super size... in a month you should be thicker and gain 20 to 40 pounds... but be cautious cause that can lead to bad health that way too....

Eat alot..but if u want to get thicker as in muscle work out and eat a lot of carbs and such

Eat a lot of foods that contain protein and eat beans with rice and chicken on a regular basis.

One is eating soul food it will have you looking like you got midgets in your pants another way is doing squats because your butt is a muscle and squats builds your butt muscle allowing it to grow
