It could be either or I guess. 3dpo seems a little soon to be experiences symptoms of pregnancy already, but I guess everyone is different. I really didn't start having any pregnancy symptoms until at least a few days before my period which would have put me about 2-3 weeks past ovulation. But like I said you never know. I know that doesn't help much, so maybe if you can hold off to see if your period comes then if it doesn't you can always take a hpt to find out if you are not. Good luck :)

Well, it would probably be too early to have pregnancy symptoms as pregnancy hormones don't start to be released until the embryo implants into the lining of the uterus which happens about 8-10 days after fertilization. If you had conceived even on the day of ovulation, you still have a week to go before pregnancy hormones even start to act on the body.

Wait and see!

These symtoms usually so occur around the time of mesuration, and also at first signs of pregnancy. If you think you may be pregnant, take a pregnancy test around the 20th day after possible conception. If you are unsure, see a doctor :)

I had sore breasts within about 5 days of conception, but that was too early for a test to work. Just hold on until you are due then try a test.

So sorry but in my honest opinion it is far to early to say.

Just relax and wait for 2 - 3 weeks and then all should become clear.

My guess is it is WAY too soon for your breasts to be preparing to feed a child, assuming you were pregnant again.
Unfortunatly you will have to wait a few weeks and test.
