1) Park in a handicapped spot illegally, wear a body cast for a month.
2) park your new car diagonally across two parking spots, get the line you crossed painted over your car.

I can't take credit for this answer, but I heard a skit by Jeff Foxworthy, where he felt that all "stupid" people should have to wear a sign. Anytime you do something stupid, you would get a great big sign that you would have to wear around your neck so everyone would know you're an idiot.
