I have the original counter strike game, and I was wonderind what do I ido after installing it to play on the internet, do i download a stream, and where do I get a stream from and are streams free?

I guess by 'stream' you mean 'Steam'.
Go to www.steampowered.com and download Steam.
Install it, and then open it.
Once it is opened, you will have to activate an account.
Create an account.
Once that's finished, find a button called "Activate Product On Steam" or something similiar.
Click that, and type in the CD-Key for the product you have (CS in your case).
Then, you'll have access to CS from the Steam platform and you could have access to other games too.

mostly streams are free, mine's free, don't know bout yours
