I never felt heat coming out of my ears, but I felt my legs get numb and cold, then I woke up in Intensive care 3 days later. But I never felt heat.

Heat may not have come out of my ears, but yes I have had pain .....Sorry to hear you have too!
This is when one just wishes they were having a baby!

Yes, both physical and emotional pain can bring this symptom on. It's an expansion of the blood vessels, but I can't explain much more than that because I don't remember how it was explained to me very well. Pain can cause actual physical manifestations, just like pleasure can.

Once when I got hit in the side of my face with a baseball bat. After I woke up the pain was excruciating. Thank goodness I didn't become deaf in my right ear or lose sight in my right eye.

no not heat coming form my earsbut, i have been in such pain that i almost passed out after a couple of hours. i have chronic pain in different parts of my body . so i have experienced alot of pain but everyone has a different reaction to pain. sorry, i hope that you can get some relief. merry christmas

Yes. When I had surgery on my throat. I've never in my life felt such pain! I should have known it was going to be bad when the doctor gave me a quart of liquid percocet!!!
