I used to be really nervous, too. I guess confidence is the biggest asset one can have when giving a presentation....
It is definately easier to give a speech when you truly have an idea or a message that YOU WANT to convey to your audience. Unfortunately some teachers do not give you the freedom to explore the issues that are important to you; however, if you doo have some freedom regarding the speech you plan on delivering, you will probably find giving the speech much easier, if the message is coming from your heart.

try some deep breathing exercises tonight ,and tomorrow before the report. Best of luck to you , Honey. I will say a prayer for you .
Just relax , you will do great . if you start to get shook up during the presentation , don't make eye contact , just look over the crowd , at the back of the wall .

Prepare, prepare, prepare. Practice the presentation in front of your family. Make sure you know and understand what you have to present, and SMILE when doing your presentation. This will release endorphins that will help you to relax and smiling will a also take your mind off of the shaking. If people are looking at your smile, they won't notice your shaking, so you'll become more comfortable.

i used to have that problem and get it really badly with the shakes and trembling voice but now i have no problem at all because all you have to realize is that you are there standing up infront of your FRIENDS; people that you have known for a few years now and just imagine that your telling your friends something funny that happened to you the other day or like as if your wispering something to someone while the teacher is talking... same thing but your telling everyone

This happens to me too along with almost everyone else. Just tell yourself that everyone in the audience is your b*tch and they fear you. Then you will feel confident but, be sure to stop thinking all these people are your bitches once you are done with the presentation.

relax, picture yourself in an oasis of calmness and peace.
picture the people as your friends and family.
Drink water, and don't eat any junk before your presentation.
This helps me, I hope it helps you.
