The very end of "The Killing Fields" when Sam Waterston's character is reunited with Haing S. Ngor's character and John Lennon's "Imagine" starts playing. I'm fine through the whole movie until that part.

Have to agree w/another post here...The Notebook...but the saddest part for me is when James Garner (the husband) sobs...it looked like he was really heartbroken.
Also, many scenes in Terms of Endearment have made me cry/sob...when she says goodbye to her kids; when her mother is out at the nurse's station in the hospital screaming that her daughter is in pain (didn't really get the full pain of that scene until I had my own daughter!) and, of course, when she dies and her mom is hugging the husband and saying "she's gone"
Other tear jerkers...It's a Wonderful Life....Dumbo (hey come on, when the mother sings to Dumbo "Baby Mine"...how can you not get choked up?)

Saving Private Ryan:
The scene when the mother of Ryans standing in her kitchen, watching a military vehicle approaching, got to the door step, and she knew that something bad happened and she couldn't stand on her feet, she sat down on the doorway.

The Champ (1979):
the scene when the champ (Jon Voight) died and his son T.J. trying to wake him up.

The biggest tear-jerker for me is the scene in The Lion King when Mufasa dies... I'm fine until Simba starts lying under Mufasa's paw and says, "Dad? We need to go home" I'm tearing up right now...
