Both. When I was younger, I had a strong sixth sense. You can call it a gifting, but to me it was a curse. I was too young back then to understand what a ghost is, and the incident stuck in my mind until I got older to understand it. Then I freaked out :-P. The other times when I felt it was when my friends and I booked a cheap apartment for a weekend stay. I could feel a presence even before we walked in the door. I didn't tell my friends because I didn't want them worried. But I told them after the trip, and my friend said that she not only felt it, but she kinda had the feeling that it was a woman who has been murdered. Another time I felt it was when I was in a creepy lift in a hotel. The place has been known to be haunted, and we stayed there because it was cheap. Well anyway, I felt it when I was inside the lift, as if someone was behind me, but I was all alone, then I panicked cos I wanna get out of the lift. When the lift reached the 5th floor, it slowly open (it never open slow, only just this once), and I ran for my life. I felt something running after me and when I reached my room, I banged on the door for my friend to open. I felt someone breathing down my neck just before she opened the door. That was just the start. That night, my friend felt someone stood by her bedside, and she saw a black figure. The toilet kept flushing all night long and she couldn't sleep (which is weird, cos none of us heard it). When we left the hotel, I told them of my experience, and everyone said that I probably led way for the 'thing' to our room.

I worked on a uninhabited island that was a old hunting lodge a couple summer for a camp. It was great, but scary. At night, I would always tell the kids a ghost story, I had my dogs out there, and they would always stare at the same spot and growl at something, kinda creepy. Then one night I was sitting out on the dock talking with some friends and there was a candle lit in a room that was empty. So we went in there, no candle when we got there, as we walked out of the room the door slammed. Also saw a shawdow of a man in the hallway another time. Didn't really believe in ghosts before that, but now I completely do.

i have had lots of experiences with spirits. My young sister claimed she saw a face three times in her house. Just a face floating about. I was a sleep when I was wokenby something tugging me - it was a young man about 25 in a tux. I jumped out of bed but the apparition just sort of sunk into the corner and faded something said check your door and i did and it was open. However when i went back to bed i forgot about it until i woke up and wanderd why I pushed the wardrobe at my bedroom door and then i remembered.
Another time i saw orbs floating about they looked like pacmans. Another time I stayed in this flat and although I was not overally bothered I saw things - an apparition with a big round face and other orbs. Another time I stayed in a motel and woke up to a big black thing (apparition) actually over me and I was reciting the lords prayer until it disapeared. Another time i saw the owner of my house which was a deceased estate and so did my son who was 2. He came running into my bed saying he saw grandma is his room, the old lady who had owned the house and died could be described by a 2 year old a a grandmother figure.
I have also had spirits talk to me. when a spirit talks to you - you can actually hear it in your mind - its a very strange experience. But my father has actually talked to me that way. there has been others but I ahve told enough. Ghosts or spirits exist and I dont think we should chase them away - if they mean no harm let them be. Some spirits actually help and can be quite comforting others are not spirits of humans but other things and sometimes they are curious and then you can get angry spirits but I never met an angry one.
Hope I have helped - god bless

No, and for one reason, and one reason only: they don't exist.
Let's face it: the human brain is the one thing that lets us move, and controls all of our functions (except, of course, the heart's pump, the synoatrial node does that) and is the dependent thing for life. When someone dies, their brain dies; it is no more; it has ceased to exist.
Also, atoms are the one thing that make up the universe. Thus, the deceased may not carry out any functions.
When light shines onto atoms, the energy of the photon being absorbed by an atom and re-emitted causes us to see objects (yes, the eye detects this). As the deceased cannot do anything, and there is no physical thing, viz a ghost, for the photons to be absorbed and re-emitted from, they cannot exist.
They are a fragment of a person's imagination.

I visited Shrieve's House in Stratford Upon Avon. It is supposed to be full of ghosts. I'm not really a believer, but did the tour. In one room I felt a pain across my left leg, like a blade, as soon as I went in. Apparently, the room was once a hospital and there is the ghost of a soldier who had his leg amputated there.
It was quite freaky!
Go for a visit. Its an experience.

Yes, a few times, although I prefer to call them spirits rather than ghosts.
I saw one in the local school just after dusk, when I was working there, one in the graveyard next door to the school and several in my own home and garden.
I have "felt" and even spoken with many more spirits. I don't always see them. A friend even felt one in my garden. He said a mist was sweeping down from the field at the back... I didn't see anything but i believed him.

I felt a ghost once, it got very offended and sued for sexual harrasement. Very embarrasing, after the trial I went to the pub to calm down and the ghost was in there at the bar! I did feel a bit sorry for it as it got thown out because the bar man 'did not serve spirits'. WEHEY!

Absolutely I have! My whole life I have been able to see them and been able to communicate with them.
My mom first noticed it when I was only 3 years old. At the time she and another lady (a friend of hers) caught me talking in the hallway. They asked who I was speaking to. I told them a little girl named Mary. (The other lady was Mary's mother) They both said no, she had passed away almost 30 years before. So they tried to correct me saying that I must have meant that I was speaking to her photo. (which was up on the wall near me.) I corrected them saying no, she is right over there, and I described the outfit she was wearing and how her hair was cut. The other lady almost fainted as I described the outfit her daughter had been buried in. No one knew it except her and her husband. My mom didn't know them then, so there was no other way for me to have known that besides actually seeing her.
Since that time I have helped a lot of people by teaching them how to communicate with spirits, and also by clearing their spaces when they are frigthened.
I was even so fortunate as to have been tested by professionals and showcased on 2 different TV shows.
So I guess that is a long way to say 'Yes' to your questions. :)
If you would like to learn more about this subject, there is a good starter book called "Entities Among Us". I am sorry I can't remember the author's name, but you can order it through Chapters or Indigo.
Hope that helps!
