Yes... and no!
We are doomed but that theory is based on human nature and the natural implications of their development within a given area in over-population and resource exploitation.
That's not to say that we only have a number of years left. We've become quite resourceful despite our ignorance in recent times.

The one thing that gives me hope is that hearts can change overnight.
I believe there is a spark of Divine Nature within each human being. Sometimes it is difficult to see this when the human heart is covered in scar tissue. Regardless of how we may seem, however, humans are gloriously beautiful, moreso than we dare to imagine. In the human heart is a great treasure. We must try.
I believe our survival will take all the love, all the kindness, all the patience, all the forgiveness, all the compassion, all the determination, and all the self-sacrifice that we can muster. If we do not find ways to cooperate, then it may be that none of us will manage to survive.
Religions teach us that we must seek for god outside ourselves, that we are not worthy. This is not consistent with the teachings and example of ... not just Jesus, but many who have walked the earth. Jesus said: "Inasmuch as ye have done it unto the least of these, my brethren, ye have done it unto me." He is saying we all have this spark of Divine Nature, even the worst of us. He is saying, we are all connected as if we are one thing.
How is it that we do not dance in the joy of each other's company. How could anyone turn one's back?

No a lot of us dont deserve to live especially when we go around killing, maming, molesting, abusing and filling our god given bodies with poisons. However its never too late to change bad behavior but, one has to except the consequences for what they have done. I do believe we are not living with just humans we are living amongst demons as well.

don't know how many years we havge left, but we certainly did F-up this planet enough that it can't be much longer. Do we deserve to survive? As a race, nah! As individuals, maybe a few. All the little bunnies and deer and bears deserve to get whatever good is left over after we're gone.

Deserves go nothing to do with it. All humans are doomed. All living persons today will perish in about 120 years.
