at my work there is only one parking spot for handicap people.
today when i got here, there was a black man's car parked in the spot... i knew he was black because there was a basketball in the back seat.
who do i call about this? he shouldnt be parking there.

I dont know about the whole black thing but if He/She did not have a handicap placard or plate then tell security at your building or call the police.
I like basketball and I am white so sorry to poke holes in your theory of the driver being black.

How do you know he was black? Did you actually see him? Anyone can have a basketball in their car, it doesn't mean they are black. He could have been white or any other race for that matter. If he didn't have a handicapped placard hanging from his rear view mirror or a handicapped license plate, then you had a right to call the police and report him.

I agree the only way to be able to use a handicap parking spot is if he had a handicap sticker displayed in the window, of course he should have a handicap also. It doesn't matter what color of skin. How many times have you seen this person park where he shouldn't have if you make a note you should report this person.

And if so,would it have been ok for him to park there?. I think you are nothing more than a "Lazy Lamebrain",who is probably "OUT OF SHAPE",and refused to walk the extra feet to your jobsite. Why don't you just try pulling up into the building,and find yourself a parking space on the floor?. Lazy people like you,are always trying to find the easy way out.
