yeah. It's best if you clean it right away. If that's the case, then just about anything will get it off, including soap and water. Yes. I've tried XD. However, if you have to wait a while, you should use stain remover and then run it through the washing machine. See? Simple! It's just like any other blood.

When something first gets bloody (clothing or bedding), rinse the blood out in cold water as soon as you possibly can. After doing that, I would always use Stain Stick on the area. The thing with Stain Stick is that you should give it some time to work, especially if you couldn't rinse the blood immediately (if it has had a chance to dry), so you can let the item sit for a couple of days. Then wash the item in cold water.

Try the bar soap from AVEDA. It gets out EVERYTHING! Plus only was in cold water.
Also there is a soap just for blood stains. I am not sure what it is called or where to get it but keep looking!

take the underwear as soon as you can and run it in COLD water. If they end up in the laundry and then dryer you're outta luck, the dryer sets the stain in.

Put hydrogen peroxide on it before it dries. Let it sit overnight than add detergent, soak for a few more hours than toss in the wash.
