No, as their is no legal basis to invade Iran, just as their was none for Iraq! Have you been listening to the troops lately!

Enriching uranium is required to run a nuclear power plant which Iran has an absolute right under Section IV 2 of the Nuclear non proliferation Treaty. The enforcement is by the UN Nuclear Commission, not an attack by the US! Didn't sink in the first 2 times, did it?

""U.S. soldiers are dying trying to help people who don't want their help," he said. "That makes you angry."

Lt. Dow said elders at a nearby mosque broadcast messages saying Americans are the cause of all the problems in Ramadi, the capital of restive Sunni-dominated Anbar province, 70 miles west of Baghdad.

The soldiers here also welcomed news that Robert Gates had been named to replace Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld. Gates told a Senate committee Tuesday that "all options are on the table" about how to resolve the Iraq crisis.

"Yes, please! All of us want to change what we're doing because we're not doing very much," said Staff Sgt. Rony Theodore, 33, of Brooklyn, N.Y.

Wiacik also hoped for change.

"We're just sitting around not making any progress. It's annoying. You're not motivated to help anybody," he said, adding his contract was up in 2008 and he did not plan to re-enlist.

"I don't want to live my life like this," he said."

His approval rating is hovering in the mid- to high-thirties, depending upon which source you check. And I surely doubt an invasion of Iran would boost this number, seeing as the majority of Americans are tired of the Iraqi quagmire and the nominee for Defense Secretary, during his hearings, claimed that the US is losing in Iraq. Starting another war is the last thing the reasonble people in this administration wants to do, at this point.

The US won't be invading Iran....If anyone does, it will be Israel. They are the most threatened by Iran having nuclear weapons. As for Bush, who cares. He's an arrogant idiot. Even his father told him not to invade Iraq, but he didn't listen. He is THE worst President in US History !!
