I plan to travel to Prague for a short break in January with my husband. I am a holder of a full British passport but my husband has a non-british passport with 'indefinite leave to remain in the UK' based on our marriage.
I wanted to know if he'll need a visa if he travels with me?
And if he does need one how long will it take to apply for one and obtain one?
Thanks.

It depends on his nationality,
the UK visa doesn't make a
difference in this case...
Just check with the
embassy to find out...

Enjoy your trip! Prague is Amazing!!!

you don't mention which type of passport he actually has so it is very difficult to say. Even though he is allowed to stay in the UK indefinately chances are he will need a visa. Check the Czech embassy website.

It really does depend on his nationality. Different treaties between different countries mean different rules. There is a massive visa industry based around this. My suggestion would be to either go and check expedia or similar or call your travel agent. They have good resources for these things through their GDS booking systems.
