Shop elsewhere. Just because you're an employee they think they can f*** you over. It was your mistake initially, but if they treat you like that - boycott them. I would!

I can't say with 100% certainty.
Unfortunately, there probably is nothing that you can do. Employee discount is a privilege; not a right. Nor is it a law.
The employee is responsible for ensuring receipt of his or her discount. If you do or do not inform the cashier, at the time of purchase, that you are an employee and entitled to the discount, the cashier is not liable in any way. Neither is the store.
From your description, you undoubtedly have a supervisor with a mean spirit that can only be exorcised by treating it nicely.
Unless your profit is enough to take the time and effort of returning the item(s) for refund and then repurchasing the item(s) to get your discount; chalk this up to being a learning experience and remember; in the future to identify yourself to the cashier and get your employee discount.
Don’t return with a mean spirit and don’t let them instill a mean spirit in you.
You offer them an apology for being disruptive to the business flow of the store and any ill treatment toward them.
You show them how to extend the courtesy that one looks for and expects from Customer Service.
Hope this helps.

It would help if you learned to write English. It's difficult to get the sense of exactly what happened.

In most stores, you can return an item and get a refund to your credit card. Why not just do that, then buy it again, but this time ask for your discount?

If this is an employee discount and they treated you like this, I don't think I want to shop there!

Let it go, it was your responsibility to make sure you got the discount, before the transaction was complete. Don't risk your job, by making a big deal out of this.

Remember to ask for the discount before you pay next time.

Sorry - you'll have to build a bridge - what are you quibbling over? A couple of lousy dollars! Make sure you say something first next time.
