Been playing guitar for years, but what I'd really like to learn are both the drums and banjo. Drums just because they are cool, and the banjo because I have been listening to a lot of bluegrass and wouldn't mind starting a band. Oh, and the pedal steel guitar.

Trumpet. I thought about guitar, but everyone wants to learn guitar when they want to start. I wanted something that was just as cool, but not played nearly as much. Saxophone seemed like something, but that also seems to be overdone. Trumpet was all that was left. But it seems very cool and yet hardly anyone plays it anymore. Even the ones who learn it eventually seem to quit. So I thought I'd go with that one when I get the money for an instrument.
