Can any one help me? I am looking for the disney version of The Beauty and the Beast on DVD region 2 but I can't find it anywhere does anybody have any suggestions?

I'm afraid you won't be able to get it. Disney classify titles like Beauty and the Beast as Legacy titles. This means that they only release them once every ten years - like they've done this year with The Little Mermaid. The idea is that it gives people a fresh impetus to buy the title and they can focus on marketing the one major title in a given quarter. If you're happy with any region then you can look on amazon.co.uk or ebay.co.uk for copies, some even still unused, but they'll charge you way over the normal asking price. I've seen them for close to £80.

The Beauty and The Beast is no longer for sale. I just found out. Its back in the disney Vault....your best bet is to try like ebay or something.

its not available on DVD at the moment as Disney release them only every 10 years or so 1 at a time and when they do its only for a limited time i want to get Beauty And The Beast on DVD to when it comes out its my 2ND fave Disney film next to Pochantas,

Try the official disney site or else ebay or amazon, or choices.co.uk are great fo dvd's

Try getting it online from amazon or a similar site. If you have a Disney store anywhere near you, ask if they have it there.

Try downloading it from limewire so you can see it on your computer. First download limewire form limewire.com then find the movie. It is pretty self explanatory.

I got a copy on amazon.com, but I think I had to pay like $50 for it. Something like that.

go to walmart and ask them for all disney movie collection and if the dont have it go to blockbuster or hollywood.
