seriously I have no clue and I get confusled all the time so I come here for advice but I feel so stupid and smart at the same time and I feel like I'm talking fast at the moment and I have german homework to do.

You aren't questionable. You may be just more practically minded and more "quick-minded" and your concentration may need to be developed. For your German homework, try looking at in bite size segments. Such as, say, 10 minutes, silently repeating it back to yourself, then take a break for 5 minutes. Then do the same over and over, eventually, without even realising it, you will have done all your homework AND you will remember the information you've learned.
Never put yourself down or label yourself as defective in any way. You may have a different learning style than the majority of your classmates.
