I bought a book calle Stop sweating & start living, basically what it says to do is buy a natural loofah and scrub your armpits with it everytime you bath. Also do not use soap on your armpits or antiperspirant. Just the loofah in the shower and an all natural deoderant. Make sure it doesn't have aluminum in it. It may take a week or two but it stops pitting.

After you stay clean and loofa the pits and use a deodorant, and you still have pit stains, try this: There is a deodorant on the market over the counter called Certain Dry. It's strong, but it works. You apply it at bedtime and it stings. In the morning apply your regular deodorant. The Certain Dry takes care of the wetness but not the odor which is why you need the regular deodorant in the morning. Hope this helps.
