I have just bought one and installed the sofware, however when I am scanning for channels it is not finding any. I have the little ariel in aswell. Please help. Cheers

If you are not in a strong freeview reception area I'm afraid you won't pick up anything on your USB digital TV adapter even with the aerial plugged in. Unfortunately this is never mentioned in the adverts for these devices.

I've got one and it's brilliant. My brother uses his with the tiny aerial that came with it and I use an outside aerial. It depends on the area you live in. Sometimes it freezes or the sound drops out but my dad's freeview box does that too.
Do 20 quid on an outside aerial if you can't get a decent reception and check to see if your area has good reception. Ask in your local Currys.

You need good reception - very good reception even with a powered aerial I ended up giving mine away
