Raw cabbage leaves in your bra (when you are at home!) can help with the soreness. Or you can try hot showers and heating pads (set on LOW!) Not much you can do about them being too sensitive, except maybe invest in some padded bras so you won't "poke out" at work. Sorry, they will continue to poke out throughout your pregnancy. LOL I am not laughing at you, I went through the same thing.

My sympathy goes out to you. As far as the discomfort goes, it should subside a bit in a few weeks. Unfortunately, it will return. Especially when your milk comes in and if you are planning to breastfeed, it will get worse...but don't be discouraged. Try warm baths or hot wash cloths on your breasts to relieve the pain and pressure. Also, if you are planning to breastfeed (which I do suggest) then you may want to start using a nipple cream (available at most drug stores or Wal Mart) to help the elasticity and potential chapped skin that will develop. In the meantime, as far as your nipples sticking out...you can get some breast pads for that. They have disposable ones and washable ones. The washable ones would probably be most comfortable because they are softer. Just keep telling yourself...you are more than half way there!! :)
Good luck and Congratulations!

There's pretty much nothing you can do about the tiredness, except get some more sleep while you can. About the breasts, if they hurt, try putting ice packs on them at night, and if they are leaky, try wearing breast pads. I had to for a while, and they were awesome! I prefer using Johnson's better than any other brand. Just to warn you, your breasts are nothing compared to what they will be about 2-3 days after you give birth. They will be full, rock hard, and very VERY painful. Ice will help a great amount. Good luck to you and baby!

the sore and tender breasts you will just have to try and deal with try not to sleep on them or put pressure on them. This will end soon, they wont be sore through the whole pregnancy, theyre just stretching to become ready for breastfeeding your little one. You should try to rest as much as possible, have a nap when you can and when your tired, your body is going through alot of changes right now. The second trimester you will be feeling better and not so tired around 12 weeks-13 weeks. hope this helps i have 3 children so i know alot about pregnancy and babies.Take care.

I used the nursing pads in my bra during the day, it helped with the chaffing and the sticking out wasn't so noticible through the pads. At night i used warm wash cloths to ease the pain. Hope this helps

use warm rags or towels or even a heating pad on a low setting. wear a bra that has a lining or padding in it so if they do stick out while you're in public no one will see. as far as being tired not too much you can do about it. make sure you get all of the sleep in that you possibly can.

A heating pad is great...as for showing nipples...you need to get yourself some thin breast pads to cover up the nipple. It goes away at about 12 weeks...
