Car trunk has 1" by 1.5" junk at the back. Know any honest body shops in toronto?!!!?

how much should i expect to pay? What all will they have to do...i am afraid if they repaint the trunk, the color (black) might look a tad darker....it is a 2003 civic (black) Help!!
