I'm especially partial to Krug, as I effectively used him and his double-attack ability in one game to run into an opponent's standing units where I then mowed them down. Unfortunately, since then, whenever I've played with Krug, he's been the direct target of my opponents, so he doesn't last long. :(
After Krug, I really love the Krav Maga agents, as they are ranged units, but are especially hard to kill with their defense special ability.

I'm fond of Agent Carr. Not only does he look badass, he's a reasonably effective hero. And his buddies the Krav Maga agents aren't bad either. Mimmring is just fun, even if he does have a tendency to get smacked out of the sky quickly because everyone sensibly fears him.
