Creme to powder foundation by Mary Kay or their medium coverage foundation. Neither will break you out and have good coverage. I have oily skin and prefer the medium coverage foundation because if I use powder over it, I am oil-free all day.
I also use the Mary Kay Oil Control Lotion 3 as a moisterizer in the morning to help with oil. Then, if I do get oily (like in the summer, or on a very humid day) I use the MK oil mattifier. It goes on over make-up and dries to a powdery finish.
Make sure you are using a good skincare routine to prevent excess oil production and breakouts. Email me for tips.

Look for foundation that is either non-comedogenic or non-acnegenic and oil-free. Neutrogena claims to be a forerunner in this field, but I find their shades or pigments to not match very well. Dermablend is a good cover creme foundation, but you may have to buy a couple and mix them to find your exact skin shade. But really you should ask your dermatologist or see a dermatologist if you have not already. Sometimes makeup can make your problems worse even if it does read non-comedogenic or oil-free. The dermatologist can prescribe you a medication that can help you to become pimple free and fade the scars they leave behind. Then you won't have to wear make up at all. Good luck.

Take it from someone who knows...Bare Escentauls Foundation and Mineral Veil. And the thing that has helped the MOST is using the Bare Escentuals Skin Rev-er Upper under my make-up and before bedtime. It is worth the money. And sometimes you can find some good deals on Ebay. Good luck!

I have the same problems you do and I like Estee Lauder Double Wear or L'Oreal Infallible. Also for touch ups during the day when you're feeling a little greasy, MAC blot powder is fantastic!

I've had this problem for years. Neutrogena makes one of the best around, and reasonably priced. Try their Skin-
Clearing Oil-Free Makeup. (see link below)
You should be able to buy them just about anywhere (drugstores, grocerystores, Ulta, etc.) The key is "oil free" on the label. Good luck!
