my cramping is really low and theres no blood..think i could be miscarring?

when i first got pregnant, i had horrible cramps during the time i should have had my period and for about 3 weeks after. i don't know if that is normal or not but i definitely didn't miscarry.

it is normal, as long as you are not bleeding.
sometimes even spotting is normal too.
