do you "get it on" with or without heels/whatever shoes you wear?
I personally like to leave the stillettos on...

Usually I'm too tired to do the whole dress up thing, but when I do, I like to leave them ON! Stillettos rock ;)

Without shoes I do not want to kill my partner by mistake.Plus I have no clue how to get blood out of silk sheets.

Generally, the shoes are left on only by special reqwest. Otherwise, they're off.
