Maybe because she didn't send you a card or present. Maybe because she doesn't pay attention to you or your baby but only to herself.
I am guessing she is self centered.

1. good for you, congratulations
2. congratulations
3.good, congratulations
4. OK, so what
5. oh, not a good way to begin a relationship, however, none of your business.
6. she is selfish, see above statement.
7.OK, congratulations, seems she is getting what she wanted, even if not the correct way. Hope it works out.
8. OK very nice
9.well, she should have thought about this and I would not have attended with a 2 week old baby at home either. My priorities would have been at home with child. As I am sure most new responsible mothers.
10. well, that is entirely up to you. a gift is sent because you wish to send one, because you can afford to send one. Not because it is the expected thing to do.
Have a great day, and God bless****

Well, I'd be deeply disappointed in this sort of "friend." Bringing a child into this world for these reasons is self-centered--pity the poor baby.

However, you don't have to send a gift. The only thing I would encourage you to do is to try to fast foward about 20 years, or even more--will you regret it? If you think there's any possibility that you might regret the move later, then suck it down, be the bigger person, and send a gift. (For instance, what would happen if you two were to reconcile?)

I did not follow #3 : did she do what she agreed to do?
I would suggest you send a gift/ card/ whatever whould please her and wait some time until things get quieter a bit - you have an occupation with your infant, she has her own things to sort. Wait until you cut all communication, most people tend to act selfish when their personal lives enter stormy waters.
And... what she does to other people does not have to serve as basis for punishing your relationship with her... If you are that unhappy, try talk to her or send a letter explaining your standpoint.
Most problems in relationships arise from lack of communication.

Its sounds like there are some underlying issues between you and your friend. Maybe you think that she was wrong for how she got engaged and you feel like how would one of your friends be able to do something like that. Maybe you think she isn't happy for you. What ever the case may be, I think you and your friend need to talk and straighten some things out. I think you are trying to get back at her and make her feel the way you felt. If you two truly are friends things will work out as long as you keep in communication with her.
Good luck.

she is completly stupid. Why would she ruin her life and now the sake of her childs to be in an unhappy and unfaithful marriage. She lied to him already and he isn't happy. Wonderful people int his world.

I never met someone so selfish as her. You seem like a good person and congrats on your child and your happy marriage but ditch the "friend" she doesn't care of anyone but herself, not even her child not even her husband!! She is rotten to the core!!!!!
