Apparently, "come out" here means "declare oneself a homosexual".

There are several important factors which the question leaves unspecified:
1. Does this imply "homosexual inclinations" or rather "ongoing homosexual activities"?
2. Does the questioner seek acceptance, or "recovery"?
3. Does the questioner recognize that Jehovah's Witnesses reject all forms of fornication?

If a Witness is inactive, is not making any pretense of living as a Jehovah's Witness, is not advocating his disagreements with the religion, and is not otherwise bringing reproach upon the congregation, then the Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses is unconcerned about "investigating" him and/or disfellowshipping him.

Jehovah's Witnesses do not teach that homosexual activity is any worse than other forms of fornication, but they do expell unrepentant fornicators from the religion. An unrepentant Witness who insisted on exposing his fornication to the congregation must be prepared for expulsion from the congregation and discontinued fellowship with current Jehovah's Witnesses.

Elders among Jehovah's Witnesses will continue to make themselves available if a former Witness becomes repentant and wishes to become reinstated into the congregation.

Unlike the members of Christendom, being a JW is not just a person who shows up on Sundays, or just for Christmas and Easter. It means being an active member, promoting God's Word. That is why they only count active publishers. A person not living in line with God's Word becomes very evident right from the beginning, not by what they are doing, but by what they are not doing.

If you were a JW you would not be allowed to remain in the congregation if you were openly gay, they teach hate by outcasting, the outcast can not associate with any member of the JWs, even their own parents. Would God approve? Honor your mother and father is a core teaching. How can a religion claim to have the truth and teach such hateful behavior? Jesus taught his followers to love everyone, judging not others but to remain upright and true to them. I am proud to be gay and have a relationship with my heavenly father; for only he will judge me.

Why would you bother? Having been one you already know the opinion.
