I'm guessing that it means they wanna buy her jewelry... but I'm not quite sure. There is so much slang out there now a days... it is hard to keep track of what they all mean.
I remember when to ice someone meant to kill them but now to ice someone means to give them lots of bling... I mean jewelry... hmmm...
