Someone that knows about Pokemon Gold Version...i have a couple of questions!! please help!?
1. where can i find Lapras??

2. where can i find Lugia??

3. how can i get a smoochum??

4. where can i find Staryu or Starmine??

5. Where Can I Find A Pink butterfree??

6. Tips on how to train my pokemon better please!!

7. How Can u Change the time to AM instead of PM?

1. to get a lapras, go to union cave, between violet city and azalea town, on fridays - there will be a lapras swimming around

2. to get a lugia, you need to go to pewter city in kanto - after you have beaten the elite four the first time, of course. while there, get the silver wing. go back to johto, and head to the whirl islands, a level 70 lugia is waiting for you

3. to get a smoochum, it is true that you can breed a Jynx with a ditto, as a smoochum is merely a baby jynx. however, you should avoid breeding with dittos when you can, you get lower DVs that way.

4. to get a staryu, you can go to route 34, or fish in olivine, mahogany, or cerulean gyms. they are nocturnal, meaning that they come out at night. to get a starmie, you need first acquire a staryu, and then use (not give) a water stone on it

5. a pink butterfree is hinted at in the bug contest, and is merely a way of the game letting you know of discolored pokemon. they are actually called "shinies" and you actually acquire one in normal game play. the red gyrados is a shiny.

shinies are not necessarily stronger, in fact, from what i understand, a shiny cannot have the highest DV chart for it's type (until generation three). it is an 8 in 65536 chance that you will encounter a shiny OF ANYTHING. that's right, everything can be shiny. but like i said, if you catch 8,192 caterpies, it is a strong possibility that only 1 of them will be a shiny.

a shiny will keep it's discoloration throughout it's evolutions. a shiny caterpie will ALWAYS evolve into a shiny metapod - and from there a shiny butterfree.

7. you cannot ever change the time from AM to PM. you can only change FROM or TO daylight savings time. at the end of april, we enter daylight savings time, and at the end of october, we exit daylight savings time.

1) Go to the last floor of Union Cave on a Friday
2) Lugia can be found in the whirl islands after you get the silver wing in Pewter City.
3) Smoochum is obtained by breeding a Jynx with a Ditto
4) Fishing in route 34, Olivine, Magonothy, or Cerculean City gym
5) Nearly impopssible, you'd have to catch a shiny Caterpie and MAYBE it'll be pink when it evolves into butterfree.
6) Train outside Silver Cave, re-battle Elite 4, battle Ash, trade them to another version and the experience they gain will be greatly increased
7) Talk to your mom, she can set the time back or forwards by an hour.

you cach Lapras at unin cave on fridays, you cach Lugia in the senter of werl ilend, jinx with diddo in daycare is how you get smoochum, Staryu you cach at curulyen cape at the pm time useing a super rod, #5???, to traine pokemon swich from week to strong in battel and daylight sayvings time makes the clock 1 houer later.

you cant get Lugia in gold ver only Ho-Oh
give the Exp share item to a low level pokemon
and fight alot it will level up much quicker
