Yes, the LDS Church (Mormons) in many areas have Addictive Recovery Programs based on the Alcoholics Anonymous 12 steps. You don't have to be a Mormon to participate. However, the meetings are very religious in nature in that to recover from addiction, it is believed you must turn your will over to God. I have listed some resources.
