how can i make the background of my powerpoint slide as a existing pic in my computer ?

The pic that is being used by Powerpoint already exists on your computer's hard drive. Find the folder for Powerpoint, and look inside it, there should be a folder called backgrounds, or templates inside there. If you want that particular image, it should be in one of those folders.

Go to view --> Master --> slide master then go to insert --> picture --> from file select the picture you want to insert as the background and right click on the image go to order --> send to back.

If you are inserting background in master slide that will repeat in all the slides of your presentation no need for inserting same background in every slide.

You just inport a picture like you would normaly do, adjust it to the correct size and then set it to always show up behind the text and other pictures
to do this:
Right click, order, send to back.
