Vitamins don't do what you want. Having the winter blues is literally what is bugging you. Find some sunshine. Travel if you have to find it. Without sunshine for a long time we can get depressed. I don't know why that happens but it does. Also being depressed is a mental roadblock. People who are easily depressed sometimes have problems with the liver. The liver is extremely important for converting food to energy. Have you noticed that people with lots of energy seem to be perky, happy?
I think there is a connection there. Personally I want to smack them and tell them to wake up but that's another story. Good luck finding your best answer.

The lack of sunshine in the winter can have an effect, so get in the sun as much as possible (they also have lamps the help supplement sunlight). St. John's wart is the best known herbal remedy. Proper nutrition plays a key role so make sure you take a good multi vitamin, B vitamins are especially important. Last I would recommend taking glyconutrients, they are very effective in increasing your bodies overall health and well being.

Vitamin B, and a good basic multi. The best thing...a 5 or 10 walk in fresh air. I know it can be hard to even want to go outside, but it really helps
