Frank Lampard is easily the most over rated player in the premiership, Pie-boy doesn't deserve his reputation, particularly when playing in an England shirt, but there are so many others too
There are a lot of underrated players in the premiership entire teams of them - see Reading and then look where your team is in the premiership. Joey Barton is very underrated for my money for starters how on earth his he worth 3m when Michael Carrick is worth 18m!!

Overated: DROGBA, DROGBA, DROGBA.
Has anyone noticed that he has started to miss every chance again. Back to his usual lousy form. Shevchenko will finish the season with more goals than the Evil DD.
Underrated: I like Mahon at Watford. He may not be Ronaldinho, but he is good value for money.

Underrated: Gilberto Silva - he unselfishly anchors the midfield for Arsenal. Without his presence, players like Cesc and Rosicky could not go forward to show off their passing abilities.
Overrated: Jermaine Pennant - hasn't shown me anything to justify his hefty transfer fee to Liverpool.

underrated- Nolan or Parker. how they dont get into the England first team ahead of 'Cant hit a barn door' Lampard is beyond me
