Why do so many guys want to enlarge their penis size?

We all know that genetics is what determines the size, so why are so many men desperate to get a bigger one? I know from experience (big and small) that the trick of the trade is more than size

I think males place incredible importance on their physical apperance. A bigger penis is a "symbol" of a more masculine man, a more fertile male, and a more sexually desired person...

Much the same way females are pressured to be too thin yet have a big bust and round/plump @ss at the same time.

Men want to feel secure with themselves, secure in the knowledge that they can sexually satisfy ANY female with their large member... They also like it when their female partner(s) is appreciative of their big member... It is a society thing....

Plus with pornography addiction (porn being so readilly available to anyone on the internet), alot of younger males feel inadequate when they see the male performers in porn productions... These performers who are hired because they have larger than the norm penises... Either that, or they have a special gimmick going for them...

Myself, there are other reasons why I would want a bigger member. First, my wifey is completelly satisfied with what I've got and says she couldn't take me if I was any bigger, since my penis is already very thick and hard as a rock. But I know she's had many other previous partners which were bigger than I am, and unfortunatly that does influence my judgement... And I hate the spirit of competition but I always feel inadequate (no matter how much my wife orgasms) because of the way society has "promoted" the image of the fertile/virile man.

Plus there's also the visual factor... Being in the porn buisness myself, and NOT having a large member, makes me feel less than "decent" or "adequate" for the performances I put out. Having a bigger penis would allow me to show it off with more valor for the camera, as well as feeling more comfortable while doing so. Since I have to use what I've got, I tend to use camera angles which will allow to showcase my gear in a more "positive" light...

Well most people know that sex is more than just size. However, you just basically even said yourself that size is ONE of these factors. Most women prefer a large penis AND they prefer the man to know mind blowing sexual technique. Theres nothing like 30 minutes of foreplay topped off with mind blowing penetration.

People that are satisfied with men getting them off with only their finger and tongue, are probably closer to being homosexual. Because, quite frankly, a girl can do that. ULTIMATELY it comes down to a females conception of how sex is suppossed to go, which only influences the mans size insecurities. Theres really no reason to pretend that girls dont want a big d***.

Now as far as a mans stuff being determined by genetics. I dont know about penis size science and all of that, but I do know about this type of science in general. The science community claims that genetics are responsible for this type of stuff, but you've got to understand that science is literally changing day by day. Obviously genes INFLUENCE the size, but it is not the genes alone. Other factors include the diet, environment, what you put on and inside of your body, and how the individuals own development went during his adolescence.

It has been proven on the physics level that attention as well as heat actually cause things to grow. This means that if women concentrate their positive attention and really put their heart and soul into giving the guy excellent foreplay, they can actually make the penis grow substantially in size(around and inch or more). One of the major problems is that most women are lazy, and just want to sit back and get ****ed. There is an alarming level of overweight and obese people in America, which also doesnt help anything.

for the very same reason alot of women are starving themselves to be a size 0 like the runway models. the media. in the medial penis size is akin to ability/agility. such a shame that so many men out there don't find out about other practical methods (non body changing per SE) that enhance sexual pleasure for their partner. In the male mind, of today's world, a number of things contribute to a man's security in his masculinity. Penis size is one of them for some reason. Often, men associate their ability to please thier sexual partners with their equipment rather than their technique.
