I suggest getting one of those memory foam pads to put on your bed. I was sooo uncomfortable sleeping and the foam pad really helped.

Try taking a hot shower and then cranking the AC down really cold. I remember always being hot and needing it cold at nighttime.

Check babycenter.com for more ideas, too. That's a great website!

Good luck and hope you are able to catch some zzzz's. Better get them while you can; my son is 14 months now and we are perpetually starved for sleep around here.

Do you could have this main issue all the time? I most often most effective sleep underneath four hours an afternoon, which is not a main issue for me. When individuals sleep at night time, they most often most effective get two-four hours of moneymaking R.E.M. (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep. The main issue is that it most often takes 6-10 hours for so much individuals to get the ones two-four hours of R.E.M. I move right into a R.E.M. state just about instantly, so I don't have any disorders with feeling worn out afterwards. I honestly HATE napping. It is any such waste of time. Think approximately it: for those who sleep eight hours an afternoon, while you flip 30, you have got slept for 10 years of your lifestyles!!! That is rediculous!!!!

I'm 19 weeks and I'm going through this now. What I do is take a relaxing bath right before bed and make sure that I'm full so that i don't wake up hungry in the middle of the night.
