First Fight: Well This one is purely based on time frame, It could go Either way depending on when the Fights are taking place, 12 Year Old Naruto's 12 Year Old Aang would be fair, 13 Year old Naruto vs 13 Year old Aang would be One sided. When Naruto became 13 his only Notable feat was mastering Rasengan, When Aang was 13 he Mastered 4 Element, could Activate Avatar State at will and could take the Bending from even the most Powerful of foes. All that aside Aang at the age of 13 was more of a formidable foe, not only did he had Skill in battle thats pretty uncommon for a character portrayed as young as he was. I'm not even going to match up 16 Year old Naruto against, Legend of Korra Aang, that would just be unfair. Second Fight: Naruto's Universe would win Purely off the strength of the Uchiha. Itachi Alone could Probably Solo Everyone thats not Included in the Core cast, and If he ever faced off against any of the Main cast he could easily enough just Tsukiyomi them. Third Fight: Hmm, All 4 Nations against a what could be technically considered a Fire & Lightning bender and an Air Bender? Yeah, I'm gonna have to go with Avatar verse, Simply because not only are Naruto and Sasuke's Combined Feats slightly less than Supernatural, but they'd be outnumbered by characters that are as equally strong as they are, if not better

Avatar only has there elements. Naruto characters aren't limited by that. The only problem with Naruto would be Sasuke would be more focused on Killing Itachi. They'd all have to get along. If Those two could put aside their differences, then Naruto would deffidently win. Sasuke and Itachi specialize in Fire Jutsu. Kisame specializes in Water Jutsu, and Zuko's fire couldn't melt Haku's ice mirror if he was Ice Mirror'd. Naruto could Summon Gamabunta and that would kill anyone who got in the way, Jiraiya would probably be trying to peek on Katara, Azula, Mai, Ty Lee, etc. but he would fight eventually. All you have to do is Give some Sake to Lee and he is LITERALLY, a mean, GREEN, fighting machine. He could also lotus them, and everyone has the Substitution Jutsu, so ever attack the Avatar gang threw would be dodged. Naruto could make tons of clones of himself and the Avatar gang wouldnt be able to kno with was the real Naruto.

*Itachi's Tsukiyomi couyld make the Avatar people relive or feel incredible pain, for as long as Itachi wanted them too, in a blink of an eye. And Itachi is one of the Fastest characters in the show. ANd strogest too. He killed his ENTIRE clan.
*Gaara's Sand Armor would block Avatar Gangs attacks. He is the most bl00d thirst3y in the show.
*Lee is one of, if not the, fastest character in the show. Lee uses crushing Taijutsu and was the only one (As of the Chuunin Preliminaries) that had ever gotten through Gaara's Sand Armor. Lee also can open up to the 5th Gate.

naruto would kick aangs butt, Sasuke could kick anyones, Itachi would kill anyone, Zuko sucks so kiba would win, Yondiame is better than naruto so he would defenalty win. gaara is too blood thirsty to lose to a avatar weirdo, Kisame would shave off Ty Lees skin, Haku might lose because he is too gentle but probably. Kakashi would kill Azula with chidori, neji tire Mai out too fast, hinata would pound Jet, Rock lee would kill Haru with hidden loutus, Shikimaru would choke Toph to death. Temari would cut June to death and Jiraya would just plain kick pakku's butt. So overall Naruto team would dominate.

NARUTO!!! I disagree with everyone above. To be honest, I've only seen three episodes of the Avatar, but I've heard tons about it.
I've wondered about this question myself, but it's definitely Naruto.
1. CHIYO CAN RESURRECT PEOPLE! You do not see necromancy in the Avatar.
2. In Naruto, you can summon stuff! It's rather difficult for Katara to defeat a giant frog alone, don't you think?
3. Naruto has replacement techniques. They could just keep on using them and they could never get a tiny bit of damage done to them.
4. Lee can move so fast he can slit their throats and they don't even know they're dead.
Of course, both need arms to perform bending or doing techniques, but ehhh... there is so much more variety in Naruto.

I could bet anyone Naruto would win with the help of his other friends including Sakura, Ino, shikamaru, Lee, ect.. and many more and they have many attacks like the Rasengan or Chidori and Lee could use his speed, and if anyone hasnt noticed kakashi knows rasengan too (shows him do it in the manga) witch means 3 rasengans and 3 chidori (itachi uses sharingan) wich would most likely put them in the lead
