No I don't think it is. Not sleeping can be serious than Tylenol PM.

Not that I know of, tylenol is the trade name for the generic drug acetaminophen,and the PM is actually benedryl, which is an antihistamine which also helps you sleep. It is non narcotic, and there for shouldn't be addictive. Best of luck to you.

No, it is not. I took it for long time, when I could not sleep due to my parents death. And after I stopped taking it, I did not feel the need for it. I did not get any withdrawal symptoms. It works really good. It does not give you that groggy feeling in the morning.
