Depends on the man. If it's a Wino, probably not. If the man is cute, I might sneak a peek at it and move on. I'm not going to be turned on though as I'd prefer he find a bathroom and relieve himself there.

I think women do. I relieve myself in public places all the time and often girls will comment or watch. I was once using a urinal and a group of girls came in to use the men's room. I reached over from the urinal and introduced myself as I peed and they giggled and we chatted about how easy it was to pee with a dick as I was standing there urinating. I think they glanced at my junk cut I saw them pointing.

I think its cute. My husband pees outside whenever he lets the dog out. I think it's his way of "marking his territory".
