There are all sorts of vulgar ways to answer this question and get the guy's attention but wouldn't it be nicer if you didn't give up your class and self respect for anyone?? Cloths don't make a person and you younger girls will learn this when you get older. you will know the difference between being in fashion and dressing like a slut thinking that's what guy's are looking for. Flirt. Guys hardly notice clothes... unless you dress like a tramp. But if you do dress like a hooker then you're sending the wrong message and it will be hard for you to be taken as anything but a girl that wants to mess around.
Just be friendly to him and talk and smile. Your charm could win him over.

girl, despite what you think you do NOT need a guy- they just make life complicated and you will totally break up with him at some point and your heart will be broken..... but if you do need advice... if you can't wear makeup then do something with your hair... I suggest flat ironing(straigtening) it or curling it... i know how you feel with the uniform though... i have to wear one too
also guys like girls that are hard to get and if they are willing to work to date you, then they aren't worth it

no offense but u sound reely desperate 4 this guy and 2 be hot etc. well 2 things i can say ........1)pull up ur skirt(2 make it shorter),wear your hair lose with pretty silver hoop earings(if allowed),light lip gloss,depending on who is popular try 2 be like them. 2) do nothing and talk to him be normal if he likes u he would well like u and going thru so much trouble for one guy is so not worth it grow up and tlk 2 him (like this answer more)

So... what are you gonna do about it?
Emulate the styles of your favourite celebrities (personality wise) and be confident ( if you don't believe in you abilities... who else will?)
Then practise your persona in front of a mirror... untill you have it all down.
