Most people, republican and democrat, will admit that war is sometimes necessary. However it always has to be considered the last option.

The problem does not lie in wether war can justify the end. It is when two parties both fighting over self-interested desires bring innocents into the war through propoganda or cultural persuasion. I feel for the people that believe the war we are in somehow helps them. It is helping the wealthy elite in our country. US I believe we need an outside force to police us. or any two parties ready to war with each other. Rarely can they not be worked out even if it means ousting the government and leaving the people to decide. The best hope for this is the UN one country one vote, democray as an ideal held by America. Then when a government or people is out of line, the world "comes down on them" in ONE VOICE. This is not acceptable and you will change.
War should only be allowed as One voice of the world. Now people see why the UN did not support the war....It was a stupid mistake on our part.

War is the only answer when you are dealing with ignorance. You can't compromise with someone that wants to kill you and believes this is serving his God. My God does not condone killing for any reason other than self preservation, but I will defend my family as should all Americans.

Since there will always be evil in the world there will always be war in the world, and who knows, maybe one day when science advances enough and we create transportation devices to travel to other planets that happen to be inhabited by rational life forms, there may someday be a War of the Worlds!

Sometimes there is no other choice than to fight. And when that moment arrives, you put everything into it like your life depends on it. Avoid it when you can, reason when applicable but be ready to let the hounds loose if all else fails.

It's a shame that multitudes must die--every time--before the mass of people realize that, however unfortunate it may be, sometimes war is the answer.

War should only be a last resort and only in the defense of ones own nation.

Nice try but Iraq didn't attack us nor was it even a remote danger to us.
