Hmmm, true to a point. So many money schemes come from there. It's notorious for them. Sorry if you got ripped off. BTW have you ever been to Turkey? They are heavy contendors for this title.

There are no honest and dishonest nations, there are honest and dishonest individuals only. Even in Russia, which have most antidemocratic governance among so called ,,democratic,, countries most of the people are honest and friendly, nevertheless parliament and government is completed totally with most dishonest individuals. As result: Russia remains most danger country for the democracy and prosperity. So, I personally do not think at all, that Nigeria is most dishonest nation on the Earth. As I say, no nations , but individuals can be honest or not.

It's only a few people who scam that ruins a country.
Stop looking only at bad people and look at the good ones.

I've never heard that before. Nor have I experienced it. I hate to say it, but I think America could be one of the most dishonest nations.

All I know is Nigeria is the mother of money scams.
If you talk to people who deal with the movement of money, they will tell you that the biggest scams come our of Nigeria, then #2 is the UK.
