I need it to have a time for the length of exposre, digital or analog etc...

A CCD is a Charge Coupled Device, and is the electronic sensor that converts light into electrical signals in the back of a digital camera.
Many telescope manufacturers offer a CCD with a video output that can be used in place of the eyepiece lens.

Try astromart.com and be prepared to spend from hundreds to thousands of dollars for the camera. Make sure you have a very good autoguiding system if you want to do long exposure stuff (another few thousand bucks) and very dark skies.
