Dear, I don't understand your question. Is it legal to be racist... is that your question, or did you mean something else? Because, this is America and it's a democracy... which means that everyone has the right to feel, worship etc. As long as no one hurts or infringes upon others rights, being racist is okay as far as the law is concerned. Thank God we have that choice, however, I choose to be intelligent and love everyone like the good Lord taught us.
P.S.
I'm too am black( I look just like my avatar), and you should work on your dialect( your writing skills reflect your speaking skills- it's very ebontic) so that people will be less apt to stereo-type you. I'm not putting you down, but people assume your intelligence by the vocabulary you hold.

Racism is legal in other countries. Just a few months ago Oprah was asked to leave a store in southern France because she was black.
