Ok, first put a towel down over the area of the dash that is below those stickers. Then, spray a good coat of window/glass cleaner onto the sticker. Let it soak 30 secs to a minute. Then you could use a razor blade holder to easily remove them. However I would advise buying a plastic razor blade and use that. The reason for the towel on the dash is to prevent color fasting the dashboard from the chemicals in the glass cleaner accidentally dripping onto it. Don't let anybody tell you to use a heat gun to remove the sticker, it will crack your windshield, lol.

Scrape the sticker off with a razor blade. Remove the residue with WD-40 on a paper towel.

Windex works..alcohol rub it in.
I live in Colorado, there is no gruesome ugly stickers on our windshields ,we put them on our license plates. Another reason why our cars look a lot better than other states, and we don't use road salt,we use magnesium chloride ,no rusting on cars out here.

Peel it off, and then with rubbing alcohol, clean up the mess. Rubbing alcohol is fast, but you can also use a sponge and soapy water. Try not to get alcohol anywhere else.
