Don't say no one....there are plenty of us that take relationships and vows seriously. I think the ones that have been in relationships where the partner has been unfaithful are more likely to remain faithful in another relationship. I really believe it is society, as a whole, that so many lie and cheat on their significant other. As far back as documentation goes there were whores in Babylon, and with brothels being legalized that just compounds the situation. People lie today without even thinking about the whys behind the untruths. It has become an increasing problem since courts have made getting a divorce as easy as getting married. Liars and cheaters come from all walks of life and ethnic backgrounds. There are quite a few sayings that you hear ...once a cheater always a cheater...if you lie about the little things, well!!!!....do unto others as they do unto you...pay backs are he**...
People just need to keep there heads on their shoulders and their pants on their waist.

There are many reasons. For some it is this simple.
Life at home is very good except one spouse has simply lost their sex drive. Maybe they have kids and really do not want to break up the family because everything else is fine and it is a good home for them.
It does not make it right but this is why it happens to some.
If you have lost your drive and think your spouse should just get use to it and that it is not that big of a deal, think again.

I don't know... It's harder that it looks, though. I used to be really judgmental about that sort of thing, but I'm not now. My man is just so into himself and his job. We're just something to do in his free time... I had lost virtually all my self confidence and respect... Then I meet someone who cares.... I still love my husband, he gave me my kids afterall, but sometimes love isn't enough... And I don't know how to leave him without hurting him either (affair or not, he has tried to commit suicide before)... I'm between a rock and a hard place, and it sucks... I don't like that I cheat, but I'm happier now than I've been in years... You don't have to accept it or understand it, just realize there's more to it...

Its all depends on who your looking at. There are still some happily married people out there. Who do not cheat on each other.

I don't know why they cheat, or why they just don't break it off. All I know is the world is full of them. My personal opinion is stay single, then if your overwhelmed by feelings you can't control, your free to only hurt yourself.

I have no clue but I know one thing, my man is very fortunate, he has a woman who will always be loyal, no matter what. Cheating is disgusting.

People want to have their cake and eat it too.
They don't want rid of their spouse. They want excitement with someone new.
I am not defending it - it is the way it is. An act of selfishness.
